Kevin Davies. Set up 2 of our goals and his heart is one of the reasons we were able to come back. That fight today was one of the highlights of the season for me today, and christ we lost the game.

Props to the person who voted for Elmo. Because if there's one thing that is still hilarious after every game, it's definately ironic voting.

I gave it to Basham, because he played well. I'm not convinced he's the saviour, but he's a decent option to have on the bench. I've certainly been far more impressed with him coming on than when he starts.

i watched all of soccer saturday, and with the sounds of it we deserved at least a point, a shame it got cleared off line in last minute..

~~~Brings back memories of last season when i went stamford bridge, Matt taylor scores in last minute to get a point~~~
Davies only played well for the last 15mins, after Elmander went off. He did very little before then, so can't vote for him. Went for McCann, thought he did well for most of the game, one of the few midfielders to do so.
If Basham had been on from the start and played as well as he did from when he came on then he could have been a candidate.
Ever noticed where he is when he isn't pulling balls out of the clouds? Making him captain was inspirational genius; leading by example is what Davies is about. Up till half time we were all about defence and then they scored another three withthat iffy penalty amongst them. That's the time heroes are defeined, not when you're leading 4-0. Hmm. Think that could have been worded better.
Cant believe no one has gone for Gardiner. And that McCann gets a vote! Havent seen highlights- got back late and slept in but i thought Gardiner Taylor and Muamba were badly let down by the badger
Don't think McCann let anyone down. Muamba, on the other hand, a liability for the full 90 minutes. Can't pass, can't run, can hardly stand straight.
Davo for me, think Megson should look at switching Elmo for Davo up front, we just looked better with him leading the line.
