I'm giving it to Cyril. Two goals, wearing the armband and playing with a smile on his face.

Don't worry, Veloso will be signing soon and it'll be Mark and Miguel in the middle at home, Muamba as well away.

Me too. Honourables to t'other Davies, Cahill and Pea Greener. I thought we looked pretty good and well worth the 3 points apart from the suicide 2 mins.

I went with Cahill - he and Puy were very strong except for four nasty minutes. Mark Davies looks a great acquisition (sorry FD but he was better than anything Nolan did in the last three years) - SKD had a super game. So many guys played really well though - this was a hard one. Ricky, Gretar, Puy all looked good.

Why does everyone keep apologising to me about Mark Davies being good? I may like Nolan but I'm not blind! Mark Davies was sensational and like nothing we've had at the club for years.

only saw the stream from about 10-30 minutes in the first half and all second but it was juddery as hell and hard to pick out much

puygrennier & cahill looked good at the back, especially the latter. davo led by example but his younger namesake gets it. maybe just because of the run at the end. Mr. Green

muamba was a real low point. never looked remotely comfortable on the ball. even when in space. bit worried about him.

Mark D for me. SKD a very close second. If it had not been M D's debut and had Megsons reputation riding on his performance then I woulda went for SKD. The team looked mobile and much more balanced with our formation today (which included an actual attacking central midfielder!).

I wish there was just an option for "Davies".

I've gone for the M though, as I think that the confidence in the team grew from him making some very good runs and getting the fans to make some noise.

Superest of Kevs. So much more effective down the middle, and two well-taken goals. Led the team well

SKD

M.Davies was spectacular but Davo senior proved a match winner.

How many years has is been since a Wanderers supporter got to see a run like that from a player in OUR team?

It was sensational.

I give it to Davies. O.k. I would love to give it to Mark for a superb game but Kevin with the pressure as captain today showed his class for a huge win for us.

Kevin Cyril Davies knows not of this "pressure" you speak of.

Mark Davies - The best Bolton debut i can remember for a long time. If you haven't seen it, watch him (in the last minute) waltz past the entire of Spurs £30mil+ midfield as though they weren't there tonight on Football First. What a player. This lad was playing in League 1 two weeks ago, and he's just gave Spurs the run around. I've just seen Merson on SSN praising him as the best player the park aswell.

It'd take something special to deny him the MoTM this week, but i've got to give it to Captain Fantastic. I apologise for doubting him Tango, my faith in the deity that is Kevin Davies is well and truly restored.

Give the coaches half a chance FD. They'll put a stop to it, but he's only been here a short time so far. Rolling Eyes
