I think the answer is... if it costs money to put right then it's as unacceptable as painting BWFC over the walls.
What an absolute clown you really are
How is it any different? Rather than simply a throwaway comment (with two intensifiers), justify your opinion.
How does detergent in a fountain cost money?
It caused absolutely no damage whatsoever and the locals throught it was great (although I suppose you had to be in Guimaraes to know that wouldn't you). Just for your imformation, soap bubbles do not cause damage and naturally rince away
Your post was you trying to sound responsible and adult like but instead you came over as a spoonge repeating the likes of the BE which is why you are an utter clown............ think for yourself for a change instead of being influenced by simpletons whose opinions change like the wind
What are you on about? What is the 'BE'? My opinion wasn't influenced by anybody: I'm a clown all on my own.
I am completely ignorant as to what damage/expense it might cause, which is why I said
if it costs money,
then it is unacceptable. But if, as you say, the locals loved it and the authorities thought it was hilarious too then great. You're just looking for fight where there isn't one to be had.
