Red Sox have no names at home. Only the Road Jerseys. The Yankees never have names cause you're supposed to know who they are. (Yankees = MUFC)

There are a few others who don't have home names. I think the Giants maybe. But anyways, it's a cool thing. Some American Football college programs do the same.

Went to a Red Sox game when I was in Boston a few weeks ago. Got our tickets for about 11 dollars. Was surprised to see how many people arrived late and left early! But yeah with the massive screen showing who's batting next names aren't exactly necessary! In baseball related news, I watched Moneyball on the flight back. It was very good! Like if they made a movie of Allardyce Era Bolton, but for Baseball...kind of.

When I was in Augusta the other week I was given two shot glasses as a present. They both have a 'Falcons' emblem on. Forget player names, I couldn't even tell you what sport they play?!

A falcon is one better than an albatross - so a hole in one on a par five. Nowt to do with any other sport than golf. I guess the two names on the glasses were the only two invididuals recorded as achieving such a feat in professional golf.

Cpt. Algernon Webb in 1874 at Carnoustie and Jeremiah Kaufenberg (III) Jr who managed the same feat at Augusta in 1901.

(I could by lying about this)

Absolutely, or, just maybe, the Atlanta Falcons ... a professional American football team based, err, in Atlanta !?!?

I think it's the week before the season kick off

Away kit won't be revealed until the end of July/start of August.

Just watched a video of the new home kit shoot on the Facebook page, and I'm pretty sure there's a shot of the away kit in the background around the 1.12 minute mark.

That looks more like training wear to me. The Condivo kit range doesn't feature the strange armpit-intrusion bubble around the logo, that's reserved for the training gear from what I've seen. And what's more, I'd be immensely disappointed if that was the kit.

That looks nothing like any of the training kit that's been released.

Ps. You're all going to die. Seriously. One go at this, and you spend it discussing Condivo codes. (If it makes you feel better I'm pulling a Les Dawson face mouthing the word 'Bristols' in a vain attempt to make 'Condivo codes' a euphemism. It probably doesn't.)

So basically, you've come in here, wasting time, to tell us not to waste our time discussing the new kit?

Anyone care to suggest which is the bigger waste of time?

Christ.

I'm only doing it to distract myself from the the fact we're all going to die! In polyester.

It's about time we returned to a red away kit.

that would be cool, but with having about half the teams in the league wear red home kits it wouldnt work.
