If City win the league on Sunday I think I'd have to hang myself. That's the only sensible thing to do because you'd never hear the end of it.

The only solution is to hope that QPR still lose 1-0 and United win by the nine or ten goals they need.

Basically I just thought of the topic title and thought it was too good to waste.

But I do hate Man City more than United.

Never.

United need knocking off their f*cking perch.

To paraphrase.

We'd never hear the end of "20"

How can anyone hate city more than united? Yes, they'll go on about it, but that's better than hearing them whine on about how they've won so many titles blah blah blah.
I don't have a problem with city fan really, so good luck to them.
Under no circumstance do I want united to win the title.

City haven't been around the top long enough to oust United from a Bolton dislike list. I hope City win with no messing about and leave our fate in our own hands.

This. Where I work there are Burnley fans, Rovers fans, Oldham fans, a Bury fan, a Leeds fan, a Huddersfield fan and me. All of whom make the effort to go and support their club whenever they can. Then there are three teletext reds that all refer to the DMBs as "we", are all hyper-annoying as soon as they have anything to crow about, and the three of them (from Bury, Bacup and Haslingden btw) have never been anywhere near the fecking place. Come the revolution these c*nts and their type top the list. Hopefully the teletext blue won't appear within my lifetime!

Exactly, I work in Preston. You're lucky to see North End shirts around this way now. It's all united and a couple of blues.

I work with 3 north end fans, 2 rovers, a burnley fan, an accrington fan and 5 reds. I'm the one who was born closest to manchester and I've been to Old Trafford more times than all the reds put together. If they win it though, they'll all be going mad about it, rubbing in to us and the blackburn fan that we're going down because we support s**t clubs. They're unbearable.

City fans will become unbearable in time, but the other lot have been unbearable a while.

It's not even as if you live nearby, TC...

I've wanted Man City to win it for the majority of the season. At this moment in time i'm in the anyone but Man Utd camp. Whatever makes the division more competitive as far as i'm concerned. Man City winning it will make things a little more interesting. Man Utd winning it will just be another of the same old same old.

Hate the red scum. Want City to win the league and for our own safety, should we get the job done at the Brit.

I had a discussion with a United fan at the weekend about how City have bought the title. I said I can't argue there but I countered that United have effectively done the same by having the most to invest in the last 20 years(along with some exceptional management in Ferguson). He retorted that they've "earned the right" to spend that amount. feck me, arrogant tossers. They're intolerable.

So come on City!

They're all the same. That's the stock answer 'we've earned the right'.

Wankers.

They have something of a point though in that they have often reinvested their money in the stadium and started winning at exactly the right time to capitalise commercially.

They also rip their fans off something rotten to do so..
