Not looking for a spot of glory or anything just wanted to do it as confirmation, Salford Trotter bought by Spurs FA cup ticket off me and I've put the proceeds into the British Heart Foundation, seemed the most relevant charity to donate to.

Dunno. Actually I think that one or two loonies who were not allowed to spread their bigotry and had the nation turn against them IS quite a positive story.

Have you ever been? I have.I was locked up after a drunken row and charged with criminal damaged i was remanded in custody because i had self harmed when i was 16...21 years earlier...while in jail i lost first my auntie(37) then her daughter(1) then my dad then on the day of my dads funeral which i got to half way through my dog died...when i got back to prison i was told there had been an immediate release order sent that morning but it didn't arrive in time???

Prison is pretty easy if you're a decent guy the people in there said your not one of us the rules don't apply....but i saw things that chilled me.BELIEVE me when you see these ridiculous sentences handed out it doesn't matter because as soon as you get in you have two days on a wing for new inmates where you get out for one hour.Next you are introduced to the general population...this is scarey as fook.

Within minutes of getting allocated a cell you are visited by the wings leaders to have your charge sheets inspected and any charge against firstly a child secondly a pensioner and thirldy a woman results in a beating you would be more than happy with( i kicked my own front door in but was gobby).

I saw a man who's leg was rotting away left horribly disfigured with boiling sugar and water because a girl who later in court changed her mind swore he raped her friend.The guy was only in jail because since his mum and dad died he didn't know how to support himself.

What i'm trying to say is it's not how long the sentence is but what it's for that matters.I hope non of you ever has to see what it's really like but rest assured it's no picnic for these rats.

Incase you were wondering i was in Forest Bank...where im told your not even allowed to say you've been to prison if that's the only one you've been in!

Forgive me for being a little skeptical but just whose front door did you drunkenly kick in to end up in forrest bank? The Queens?
Thats a night in the cells at the station, magistrates, fine and bound over/suspeded sentence if you got repeat form.
Being drunk and disorderly should get you six months in a Turkish Prison you'd see the crime rate drop by two thirds, shoot a few druggies and pushers/dealers, whey hey minimal crime!

Still say 56 days for being a nasty piece of work ain't enough, tits like him and that feckin' face book/twitter want sorting out!

I am a bit sceptical as well. If its true I'm very sorry. But the date of the posting does not help....
