I can see a Honda c50/70/90 in there! TBH anything pre mid 70's should be looked at and polished not ridden then again they say you cannot polish a turd
Like old cars were good in their time same applys to bikes death traps the owd n's
So the BSA Road Rocket, Gold Star, Norton Dominator,Vincent Black Knight, Ariel Hunter, AJS, Velocette, Royal Enfield and Triumph Bonneville and Tiger bikes were all rubbish then? They were all out long MV Augusta, Ducati, Honda and Kawasakis' ever got here.
I said in their time Tango they were good put them against todays bikes and they are now't but nostalgic scrap. Nostalga You see thats the problem, I like to think my old bikes were good but put the GT750 kettle I once had against a modern 600 comfort, handling, speed and safety ie the ability to stop and they might as well be from mars and thats not going near the reliabilty issues. The old Suzuki was like a barrel of lard compared to the ZX600r old Brit bikes I've swung a leg over are like tractors.
Would I swap an E-Type Jag for the latest Aston Martin? would the RAF fly Spitfires instead of the Typhoons? not a cat in hells chance, same with bikes.
