Agree utterly, but nothing will stop others getting this dosh & we're rolling fog uphill otherwise.

Unless it's prevented .. & it can't be, let alone won't be, we either join this unholy group or wither away.

That said, the real test is how rich & how stupid.

Said on the wireless this morning that they're going to hold a week of mourning for their club.

They're just becoming tiresome now and all look a bit silly. Well, sillier than normal.

This kind of thing really creates a conflict in my heart. I like having a man in ownership who is of this town, or more precisely is a life long fan. We've witnessed the dreams of avarice fall flat at other clubs, and you can't help thinking the same would apply here.

But...

Then your imagination starts to run riot. The Premier League isn't getting any easier you know.

Indeed. The problem is how many of the genuinely rich and dedicated people, with the clout to proper support and propel a premiership club would consider the Boltons/Blackburns/Wigans/West Broms/Brums etc etc....

I'm not sure. Even Everton cannot find a buyer. And however much we kid ourselves they have more potential support, a larger catchment area, and a greater marketing potential.

You can see why City were so desirable really.

I thought they said "they're having a wee this morning in the pub".

Thank's for clearing that up.

The statement, not the wee.

According to Nixon Venkys/Kean have agreed a new two year deal, pay rise, and removed any notion of a reduced settlement fee should they sack him. :D Brilliant!

And I thought BWFC forums got depressed and angry during the worst stages of Megson's reign...check this out, on a whole other level.
