Too many stickys

This is one of the things that is preventing me properly contributing on this forum, you have to scroll down for 2 hours to get past the stickys.

Never really bothered me. Outside of the General Banter section never really noticed many stickys at all in fact.

there are:

three in The Trotters,
two in Other Footie,
one in New Members,
seven in General Banter
none in Fantasy Footy & Prediction League
two in Site Development & Feedback

so - hardly a HUGE hurdle - especially in the business end - The Trotters...

I don 't know, bish - if it took me two hours to proffer some General Banter it would put me off. Fortunately I have a rather faster internet connection and, in any case, my screen shows items below all stickies. :wink:

I've always thought there were too many in General Banter, but people tend to use them a lot.

Saying that though, if they are popular then they'll be at the top most the time. Having five threads stuck which are about 'what are you....' it a bit ott for me.

Big Sharps, is it just General Banter you're referring to?

Actually, the stickies in the general banter section seem to be used very frequently so wouldnt they generally be at the top anyway?

While we're at could we change the Fantasy Footy section to a place for "bizarre, often brilliant but very funny" posts. Rather a long title - perhaps we could call it Section 2399. :wink:
