Time for a positive thread 8)

Just heard that a property that we viewed last week, but thought was unavailable, has come back on the market and we've swooped for it, eagle style.

Happy that I've found somewhere for Mrs LL and baby-to-be LL to live :pissed: :pissed:  8) 8)

congratulations! 8) :pissed:

(now - please!!! - it is a "house" not a "property"! - far too much "escape to the country", "location, location, location" and "homes under the hammer" has tainted your brain!

So, will you do what 90% of the country are doing and shooting themselves at the very threat of negative equity? Or are you, you know, doing the crazy thing of, you know, living in it?

Today I'm Really Happy About....nothing. Absolutely nothing. Life's shit. I blame everyone else. And myself.

Just got to decide which Sky TV package I want to go for now.

Can get broadband, a landline and Sky+ for £20 per month, or the same in HD with sports/films for £40

Oh, and I'm renting ;)

What if it's a flat? Or an apartment for the posh types.

Let's just be happy, eh?

We're going to beat Wolves tonight, with Sturridge scoring five on his debut.

See I'd never call a flat a house, it just doesn't sound right.

Not legally, it isn't. It could be a home or a herditament, but a flat is not a house, although you could possibly get away with "house in multiple occupation".

worthy.... I don't care!

it's a house, part of a house, in a house, near a house, or like a house. HOUSE. HOUSE! HOUSE!
