I've just been able to move for the first time following completion of the Harwood Twin Peaks Race last neet

Red Lane and Arthur Lane..no stopping...wahey, result

Back to the couch for me

First track session post marathon last night. Jesus!

1600m warm up

3 x 800m at 10k pace (400m recovery in between reps)

800m warm down

3 x 600m at 5k pace (200m recovery in between reps)

400m warm down

3 x 400m at mile pace (200m recovery in between reps)

800m warm down

9.8k all told plus a half mile jog there and back.

O/T but now that only 2 games of the season remain the possibility (albeit still extremely slim) of GG doing & naked streak is on the cards can someone fill me in on the full details? Could be the biggest thing to happen in Sussex for many a year & i wouldn't want to miss it obviously.
