8) she is (qualification wise) cleverer than me - she has a 2:1 degree (I have a 2:2) and she now has an MA!

Trust me mate, it's well worth the trip if you like Thai food.

Speaking of Thai, there's a place in Swinton that used to be Chun Chuns. It's called Royal Siam.. Only been open a few months, but tell you what. It's decent!

Duck Penang curry nearly blew my tits off, but was superb.

They also have a dish called Phat Kok. I stayed away from that one.

Chef is a Thai woman in her 50's. Really authentic stuff. Highly reccommend

Is that the one next to the shoe shop?

Yep. And, as it says in their advert, you only get a shoe with Thai food.

Mine's the grey pea coat on the left there...

wasn't focusing on work - so not getting any done (various stresses and reasons)

sooooo....

decided to clear the loft in preparation for move.

loft now cleared (2 hrs later) - and I feel much more focussed! (even if I am covered in loft-dust and cobwebs!)

garage and loft BOTH done and still 10wks 'til the move - I reckon I am well on track!

Just cut the lawns .... (cue barrage of invective from W4E). So much happier when I look out on my estate and it looks tidy.

Happy boy.
