Knights WANTS to stay, even on reduced terms. Give him some credit for that at least.

Of course he wants to stay! He has feck all chance of getting a contract anywhere else above the conference. He must have loved it this season; paid about 20 grand per week to every now and then lope around the pitch with an inane grin on his face. Shitty feck tw*t.

West Ham have offered him terms higher than ours. Unless we offer him a snicker and a buy one get free voucher for TGI Feckin' Fridays, he'll want to stay.

That's the attitude and the type of person we're going to need to get us back up.

Really?!

Sorry, Zat, I take it back. You're alright really. I suppose. I mean, I'm quite conflicted right now. You're a dire footballer and most of the time look like you couldn't give two feck, but perhaps you'll be alright in Championship.

West Ham's terms wil probably be dependent on what happens Saturday anyway, so he's probably got two quotes from them and waiting to see which one he would get should they win or lose.

What I mean is West Ham are offering terms that are higher than we are offering. Not sure if that equates to his last contract (I'd imagine not), but even so. He has the opportunity to go somewhere else for better money than we're willing to pay him.

But fair play, the bloke wants to stay on. Perhaps he feels (as a senior) he owes us a little?

Had Wheater not been injured, we probbaly wouldn't offer anything at all. But that's by the by now.

But he's not the kind of footballer to get us back up, unfortunately. Pathetic in the air and too easily outmuscled for a big man, with the concentration span of a goldfish.

He's milked us for enough, let him go.

surely - until they are not in the championship themselves - the thread should be called "hello, Bolton" rather than "Bye bye Bolton"..

and - I still don't think it was actually technically us who sent them down....

however - having said that - not sure how many stones we should throw given that our very own "West Ham are complete failures! Let's all laugh at 'em!" extends to 180 pages!! 8)

Unfortunately I think Zat will be shown up in any league by any player with a bit of pace and positional nous.

I thought this was the moaning, whinging etc thread? Stop making idle chit chat about west f*ckin' ham! Who gives a flying f*ck about other clubs?
Me, for one (and I'm not alone), are thoroughly f*cking pis*ed right off with that shower of shi te who pretended to be BWFC this season. From the clueless fu*kwit of a manager, right down to the players, who in my opinion, two of which can say they played with passion, pride & skill on a regular basis when they pulled on the white shirt this year. I wanted the manager sacked in september. I & others on here warned of the slow mo car crash which would end in relegation if things did not change. Now we face a season in the chumpionship, and things won't change. All those knobh*ads who say they are looking forward to it, fresh start, & all that bollox, get feck real. Do you think we will be getting better players than we have at present to help us win promotion straight back? No we won't. We will again be picking up players who've just not quite made it in the prem, or the chumpionship for that matter, and we have a team full of them at present. Straight back up my arse. Struggling to beat Peterborough & Leicester & Hull et al. That's what we have to look forward to. And I'm feck' angry about it.
