In fairness, this is no way an indictment on Muamba, more of the I think over-exposure by the rest of the 'footballing community'.

Maybe the bloke's just bitter that United haven't been hogging the back pages like normal.

But some of the hyper sensitive stuff we've seen like the United fan making a "Get well Patrice Muamba" card and taking it to the Reebok is a bit OTT.

First Muamba tweet was 8 days ago, from what I can see. So the day after...

Still absolute drivel.

It's in poor taste, if someone did the same about the Munich disaster for example, no doubt they'd be up in arms.

They were posting jokes about Muamba staying down like Drogba and bringing up Munich on their Twitter account last weekend so no surprise they've decided to follow up the national attention they got with their Klan mask with something as distasteful as this.

What they don't seem to get from their defence of it is that it's possible to understand they are mocking the reaction rather than the incident, but disagree vehemontly with the way they're making this point.

Indeed, doing it without using a picture of him lying there without a heartbeat would be a start!

Honestly.

They also have a memorial garden (I've never seen it to be honest), which I believe it sponsored by AON
